Meet Carrie

Welcome, I’m Carrie. I spent close to a decade as a paralegal, working for lawyers across different areas of law, and it shaped how I approach my work and the people I do it for. That experience led me to run my own operational support business, helping creative entrepreneurs, course creators, and coaches bring structure to the back end of their businesses.
I bring an eye for detail and a creative side, both of which show up in the systems I build and the problems I help work through.
Day to day, that means building the systems and SOPs that keep a business running smoothly, staying on top of projects and communities, and always looking for what can be improved.
I work in a way that’s steady, honest, and collaborative. You bring the vision, and I help make sure the operations underneath it can hold the weight of where you’re headed.
